I have score a great in jee and mht cet but I did not get the minimum 40% pcm marks in hsc so I want to know that can I participate in mht cet councelling because I registered in the 16th June exam of improvement

Someone told me you can participate in round 2

Someone told me you can't get in the councelling

So can someone explain me how can I got college
