Hi everyone, I’ve had this on my chest for about 3 months and it’s the first time I’ve ever experienced anything like this. I’m not sure if it’s acne or an allergic reaction/irritation. The area is red with small bumps and sometimes it feels a bit irritated/burns.

I haven’t had this before and I can’t think of a clear trigger, although I may have changed some skincare/body products around that time. It doesn’t really come and go, it just stays there and doesn’t fully heal.

I’m trying to figure out if this looks more like chest acne, folliculitis, or some kind of contact dermatitis/allergic reaction. Any advice would be really appreciated.
