Hi everyone, we have lots of crows in our neighborhood and I’ve seen this one pretty often around my balcony area. He always looks really fluffed up compared to the other crows I see. Just wondering if anyone knows the reason why?

Hi everyone! I recently started seeing these two crows on my balcony (the last two pictures are of the same bird.) I know absolutely nothing about birds or crows in general. Just wondering if there’s anything anyone could tell me about them looking at these pictures- like gender etc?
