Hi everyone,

For those of you who’ve had engineering internships at aerospace companies, I’d really appreciate any advice for someone just starting to look for Fall co-op opportunities.

Do you have any tips on what these companies typically look for in resumes, applications, or interviews? I’ve attended a few job fairs, and many recruiters mentioned that they mainly look for genuine enthusiasm and interest, but I’d love to hear from students who’ve actually gone through the process.

Any advice, experiences, or things you wish you knew earlier would really help this fresher out 😅
