This is a part of a hookah. I dropped it and it bent the opening so I can’t insert the part into it. I just need to expand the opening so I can fit the stem into the hole.

I have put the bent one side by side with one that isn’t bent so you can see what needs to be inserted.

It is made of stainless steel and I am at a loss of what to do. Other than the small bend, I believe it works completely fine.

Any suggestions on tools to use or machine shops I should be looking for would be appreciated.
