I’m terribly sick of my job and I’m convinced that I will never be able to make enough money just doing it.

I’m a good cook (at least my friends and family think so) and I specialize in middle eastern desserts. I’m thinking of opening a food truck business on the side, and for the beginning, I would do weekends only. Any guidance on how to start? Based on experience, is there anything to watch for?
