Help Needed with New Power Supply (monitor issues)
Hello all! I recently decided to restore my Neo Geo MVS 4 slot. All was well until I decided to replace the rat’s nest of a power supply installed by the previous owner. I bought a new power supply from Twisted Quarter meant as a drop in replacement for the original. Oddly, this power supply came with no documentation. I doubled checked the DC voltage with my multimeter and had the correct +5V and +12V, however after I installed it the monitor suddenly has issues. Mainly, it is very faint and takes a very long time to “warm up.” The vertical and horizontal size are also way off. I tried fiddling with brightness, contrast, v size and h size but these don’t begin to touch the problem. I think I might have low voltage going to the monitor but I am not 100%. Any idea on how to test this and what might have gone wrong would be much appreciated .
