Near IIT Kharagpur

I was recruited here as a JRF last year in June 2025. My PI paid me for 4 months, and then told to manage for 2-3 months for project fund because he hired me for 1 year without having project fund. Meanwhile I got admission here 2 times, one for MS in spring semester and now for a direct PhD in Spring semester, but I'm NOT able to join because of no salary from the past 8 months. Everyone's (SRIC, Project coordinator) saying they don't know how to handle, talk to your PI. Bruh he DOESN'T CARE.

Now my contract is going to expire after 3 days. I don't want admission here, I just want my 8.5 months salary back. What you all guys think, please suggest.
