Need better understanding

Hi I'm new to this but truly would like a better understanding or just thoughts on the matter.

I first had a seizure out of nowhere in 2021 . It didn't progress until 2022 which I started having them more frequently and back to back.

I was told I have syncope seizures. Currently on keppra and topiramate to control. I also suffer with fibromyalgia not sure if that plays a part since I feel always stressed/anxious due to constant pain. Anyways when I have a "seizure" I'm completely out of it. Convulsive shaking, blurred vision, vomiting, fainting, completely unresponsive but muffled hearing. Usually I can feel when one is coming idk how to explain it but I just don't feel well all around, I get migraine literally tell my spouse I don't feel well then bam. I don't recall anything leading up to or during and just foggy memory. Physically can't move my legs whatsoever. My spouse said my face looks droopy, and I need physical help walking/ or even drinking water when I do come to. Some times my seizures are back to back and can last from 1min and the longest 5-10mins which ik can be very dangerous and usually takes hours/days to fully recover. I'm terrified of traveling alone let alone leave my house if it's not for appointments as I had seizures on public transportation back to back, thank God my wife was there with me. I'm just uncertain of what I truly suffer with whether it be the syncope seizures, epilepsy, or neurological seizures. I just feel so lost, alone and helpless as well as frustrated. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
