First... I'm a TOTAL noob. I want to set up an NVR and 2 x PoE cameras at my off grid camp that will be inaccessible to me for about 6 months of the year. I will be powering my setup with a 1000 ah battery bank that should be up to the task with the solar that I have. 120v inverted power.

I need an NVR that will tolerate down to -20c, but typically about -10 to -15. I'm thinking this should have an SSD because an HDD probably won't like it that cold. I plan to have my Starlink come on 2 times a day for about a half hour using a mechanical timer with the intent of "checking in" with the cameras. Any direction, cautions and recommendations for cameras, an NVR and software would be greatly appreciated.
