why did not they add an attack shield operator from the start? i mean its not balanced for me copmaring to pc version , they should have added at least one shield operator

my voice volume is very low in the game when i use my headphones ( it does not have a mic ) but even though, the phone speaker is supposed to make it like a normal phone call , my teammates can barely hear me

am i the only one who struggles when opponent peaks at angles? i mean i get killed too fast and i die before even seeing the opponent , and i dont even have the chance to react because i dont see him!
