Hi All,

I was a dumb dumb and paid the IRS my federal dues AND my state dues. I have a credit on my IRS transcript for about 3k and I owe the state of Arkansas 3k. I cannot get in touch with anyone at the IRS (shocker!). I also cannot upload my bank information on the IRS website (shocker x2) as it says it is unavailable at this time. Any advice on what to do to get the 3k I overpaid? I am getting no where trying to sift through the IRS website. It is overwhelming and I just need someone to tell me exactly what to do.

I'm not in a pickle to get the money back ASAP, but I would like the over paid given back to me. PLEASE HELP A GIRL OUT
