Should I get surgery?
High volume foot with splaying. Debating how long I hold off surgery. Currently only painful after a long day of walking. Podiatrist says I have hypermobility in my foot and pronation. Getting orthos but not sure if I just get surgery now vs holding off until the pain gets much, much worse.
