AC injury
I had this injury last Saturday. Went to the hospital and they sent me home and said to apply ice 5 times a day, ipobrufens and paracetemoles and to keep my arm to my chest. When I'm sleeping I can't do that and sometimes my arm gets out of place, and when I'm getting out of bed it's also really complicated because I live alone and don't have anyone to help me and I the first times my arm also got out of place in the shoulder region. Now after a week I'm laying in bed and tried to move my arm in a upward rotation movement (imagine you are lay down in bed with your arm on your chest and you do a opposite arm wrestling move) and I just can't, I feel like im doing maximum strength but it starts to hurt a bit (not in the shoulder) and I only move it like 3cm. My question is, is this normal or should I get back to the hospital? My next appointment is on 14/06/2026
