Anyone in Japan still have problems connecting?

Hello, would appreciate some help from anyone who has used a Trip.com eSIM in China recently. On selecting an eSIM for China, I can choose the number of days as well as a “Total no. of gb” vs a “daily gb” amount. If eg I choose 7 days and 10gb, is the cost then quoted the total cost or is that a cost that is billed daily? The prices are quite low.

Secondly, there are so many options for mainland China, does anyone have any tips on how to choose between them? Thank you
