25 yr old female struggling with weigh side effects of PCOS

I am a 25 year old female who has been living with PCOS since I was 18 years old. since then I’ve gone to numerous doctors, all of whom have prescribed me various types o the pill to help regulate my period and assist with my weight. I used to be 55kg and I am now at 65kg and I’m 150cm tall. I eat a mostly Mediterranean diet, I go to the gym for strength training 3 times a week, I run 20kms a week, swim 6km and I play social tennis weekly. I’ve tried to manage my PCOs through lifestyle changes as much as possible but I can’t keep the weight off. Ive gone from a size 8 to a size 14 pair of jeans. I’ve been on 2000mg Metformin for 2 years and it has not made any difference to my weight. I saw my endocrinologist today and she pretty much told me that because my BMI is in the healthy range that there is nothing more she can do for me Other than keep prescribing me the pill and metformin. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to manage my symptoms better? I’m really struggling with my body weight and I’m finding it difficult to maintain the amount of exercise that I do whilst watching what I eat, only for me to never lose any weight.
