How to know?

For context, I (19AMAB) have been using THC for around 3 years now. Started at 16 after my ex girlfriend broke up with me, and it slowly spiraled into a daily addiction once I realized just how good it felt. For over a year it was simple, just pop an edible every night before bed and leave it at that, or sometimes I wouldn't even need them at all, but a few months ago I got back into vaping. Big mistake. My use skyrocketed, and that nightly use became in the evening, then the afternoon, then the morning, until 24/7 I was high, without even an hour or two of sobriety in between. I would do everything high. I would cook high, play games high, drive to work high, etc. I've been wanting to quit forever since I know THC is bad on its own for developing brains, but on top of that I've started getting this morning sickness. It's almost instant, like I sit up in bed, feel my heart kinda racing, and not even 60 seconds later I feel that twisting pain, and within a minute or two I have to vomit. Vomiting is new too, I usually have an exceptionally strong stomach, and nothing ever makes me vomit. I can't remember the last time I vomited aside from due to this weird nausea, so for me to suddenly start vomiting randomly in the morning is strange. The nausea always fades quickly too, and usually only in the morning does it even hit. I've read up a bit about CHS and IMHO it lines up too perfectly, but obviously I have my doubts. I want to see a doctor but surprise surprise I can't afford one. Is there anything I can do to maybe get a better idea of what's causing this? Can anything besides a doctor's diagnosis rule out CHS?

TLDR: Daily user wanting to know if there's a way to confirm/disprove CHS without a doctor/PCP
