My website was getting 20,000 daily page views within just 2 weeks. After I installed pop-under ads from Monetag, it dropped to around 5,000 page views per day. It has been 2 weeks since I removed the ads, but the performance still hasn’t recovered.

If I create a new domain with the exact same project and no differences at all, would Google consider it spam?
