Hi, I am looking to sublet a 1 bedroom apartment for the summer from July-September ideally but willing to move in during/after commencement weekend in June. I already have a roommate arranged and we would ideally be the only ones in the apartment so we don’t care about the gender of the original tenants.

Budget is ~$1700 or less (negotiable).
