Feeling Hopeless

I (29F) was recently diagnosed with PCOS/ PMOS after about a year of irregular periods after coming off of birth control. After getting my PMOS diagnosis, my gyno did lab work. A1c, CBC, Iron panel, Insulin, Testosterone. Insulin came back fine @ 111, A1c was 5.5. Only abnormal test was that my testosterone was elevated. Only symptoms I have is irregular periods and the polycystic ovaries. As relieved as I was getting a diagnosis, it felt like getting slammed against a wall. I have always been a heavier girl, and have been on the "gotta lose weight" train since middle school- so roughly 2008-2011. I can eat clean, count macros, go to the gym, all the things and nothing seems to help. I recently weighed 320lbs- the absolute highest I have ever been. I just feel like the diagnosis just adds a whole new level to my inability to lose weight and that it's hopeless. Does anyone have any pointers? TIA
