Why is this so sweet? 😂

I have never had kidney issues or bad tests since I was diagnosed a couple years ago. I have been super fatigued and overall more achy than normal so finally did labs. What should I expect? Is this normal for a flare and I get steroids and am fine? He didn’t check cmp or cbc. I’m nervous.
