Sorry~ 🙇 urgent request for planning trip on June 11th with Express

Planning to visit Universal Hollywood with 2 Universal Express tickets (1 skip per ride). This was a really spontaneous surprise trip I'm planning for someone who has never been to Universal or any theme parks before and I haven't been there myself in several years. I realized that I should plan some of this out but I'm completely outdated on what rides are the most popular. I'm wondering if someone could do me a huge favor and give me a brief overview on what rides I should prioritize and if heading there first thing in the morning would be worth it. I'm hoping I could hit some of the rides without using my skip so that we could use our Express later in the day. I'd be coming from Central OC so the ride there would be about an hour. From what I see on thrill-data Nintendo World -> Jurassic -> Mummy are the first things I should visit, I don't see us doing the studio tour more than once so we might just use that whenever we need to sit down.

To add a bit more context both of us are a little scared with the crazier rollercoasters, I remember the Revenge of the Mummy ride being fun but anything with crazy drops or much scarier than that would probably not be for us.
