After negotiating with a few banks, I finally locked in a rate. Here are the loan details:

Loan Amount: $1,470,000
Down Payment: 30%
Closing Cost: $4k (no points)
Interest Rate: 4.375%
Monthly Payment: $5375/mo

This is an interest-only, 7/6 ARM. The interest period is 10-years.

I've shopped this with 2 of the big banks, but wondering if i should take it to a third to see if we can do any better
