My First Ever

Fell in love with this, although the final wiring and walls stressed me the hell out lol

Already have another at home waiting with one more on the way.

Working on my first ever book nook!

So far this is what I have done. I have not broken anything, yet. But I did have something funny happen to me. I had to glue a few blocks together for those coffee bags you see, then wrap them in the covering.

So I by this long handled razor so I can precisely cut them out of the page they are on, and I go ahead and glue them on. I'm thinking to myself, "man why did they make this part so tedious?" As I get a bit of glue on my finger and proceed to pull part of the coloring off the top of the bag. Whatever, no one will notice but me.

I get to the register and the part with the keys is yet again another piece of paper I have to fold into place. Absolutely feels impossible to get it to stick! I'm sitting there trying and trying but it keeps popping out. So I get the glue once again and glue it into place. Looks pretty good.

Anyways, here is the final part. I get to the couch, and the green leather is once again on that same page. I'm looking at it like "oh my God not again and this one's even bigger!"

I go to grab it and notice a piece of the corner coming up.....it's a sticker.....they are all stickers. I wasted so much time when all I had to do was peel these pieces off and attach them. The couch was so easy to do!

I'm loving this hobby and have already bought another one! Do y'all have any rookie mistakes you wanna share for me?

Can't believe my dispatcher today.

She doesn't do anything. Never finds me a proper load. All she does is nap and beg for attention. It's insane what we have to put up with these days.
