Got ‘’Clue’’ 4k steelbook (EU version, italian edition) and i noticed that my copy had freeze problems around the same spot. I replaced with a second one, same problem, the third one same problem too. Any idea of the problem?
I tested this movie on another player (i have a panasonic ub-450), same issue, i tried to clean, change setting, change HDMI cable, update the player, disable internet, bd-live off, nothing works. All the other movies i have playing good on the same player. Anyone got the same problem? could be a quality control issue for this movie? Could panasonic players has problem to play it correctly? I’m really desperate ‘cause i can’t figure out how to solve this. I just noticed that all 3 disks have on the surface small and light vertical scratches near the ‘’hole’’ of the disk, in the exact same spot, and it’s really strange, all brand new and purchased in different stores. It’s like a nightmare.
