I was very fortunate to meet Brandon at MCM London yesterday. For those of you with the Gollancz books… you will be happy to know that I advocated hard for Brandon to speak with Gollancz about finishing the first arc of the stormlight series.
He said he was due to meet with Gollancz today (Saturday) and would tell them to complete the arc. He said “the thing with these publishers is that they don’t appreciate that people want a matching set!”
He asked his assistant to come over and he put it on the agenda for their meeting and she took a photo of my book…. Fingers crossed they finish the series!
I noticed tonnes of people in the line with these books so I hope they applied some pressure too!
