[26M] Looking for room/roommates in North Beach, Chinatown, Russiann Hill or Nob Hill — August move-in.
Hello everyone! I’m Facundo, a 26-year-old structural engineer who recently graduated with a Master’s degree from UC Berkeley and just started working in San Francisco’s Financial District.
I’m looking for a room or potential roommates starting in August, ideally within walking distance of my office. My preferred neighborhoods are North Beach, Chinatown, Russian Hill, Nob Hill, etc.
My budget is up to $2,200/month, although I’m flexible if the place is a great fit.
A little about me: I’m easygoing, respectful, clean, and get along well with all kinds of people. I’m completely fine with pets and generally very adaptable as a roommate.
