What came with my floating plants?

I bought some floaters, and when putting them in the water, about 8-12 of these things swam to the bottom. Sorry for bad photos. My camera did not like trying to get a picture of them.

Opinion if things things will go well or not

I have a HIMS AME appointment coming up soon. I was wondering if I can get some opinions if yall think it will go well or not.

I was diagnosed with MDD (Major Depressive Disorder) from the VA. I have NOT been on any medication for depression or anxiety ever. While I do have the rating, it was based on a one time incident back in 2018 (no suicidal/ homicidal thoughts or actions) I applied for class 1 medical in July 2025 but obviously I was deferred because of my MDD diagnoses. If anyone knows about the VA, you cannot ask them for notes since they used 3rd party contractor or the contractor themselves for their notes. I filed for Freedom of Information Act just for my C&P notes to show as evidence for when my letter eventually came. In November the FAA letter came, but the C&P notes haven't been released yet. Because I got the rating in SEP 2024, I'm having issues getting the notes from my C&P exam that proves what got me my diagnosis.

I do have the VA reason for my diagnosis, (the picture) If it also helps, the issue I had was a one time episode where a close love one of mine passed away. She was considered a mother to me since i didnt have one growing up. I was refused leave because I was new to my unit and they weren't considered immediate family. I had a depressed period of about 2.5 - 3.5 months long because it was basically me as a brand new adult who could not go home and had no social circle at that time for anyone I could talk to. My NCOs made me go to a behavioral health clinic. Because I was not suicidal or homicidal I was told this would not be on my record. During one of my VA exams, I was forced to do a mental health evaluation. They had a record I was not aware of of this situation. In doing so at the time I was happy because I got a rating, but I didn't want to talk about it for that reason since it was a one-time brief issue.

Is there anything else I can add to help my case and/or does this look like it could go in my favor?
