Was at a local event and noticed this. To my understanding shouldn’t it be choked on the bottom chord, not the top chord?

Side Note: I’m not concerned safety of this, was more so curious for my own knowledge/experience.

I had my right done 2 years ago, and found a new surgeon. Crazy how much of a difference between 2 local surgeons. Was a much better procedure for my left!
