Which hotel in Madinah?

Salam, we’re planning Umrah in January and are looking for a 4 or 5-star hotel in Madinah that’s modern, clean and within easy walking distance of the women’s side and reasonably priced.

Last time we stayed at Dallah Taiba and the location was excellent, but unfortunately the hotel itself was disappointing it was, dirty, dusty, stained furniture and uncomfortable mattresses.

Our agent has suggested Saja Al Madinah, but I’m unsure because reviews seem very mixed. Some say it’s modern and clean, while others say it’s dated. Has anyone stayed there recently and can confirm what it’s actually like?

Would also appreciate recommendations for other clean, modern hotels nearby, ideally reasonably priced and close walking distance to ladies entrance.

JazkAllah 🙂

Edit: has anyone recently stayed in Elaf Taiba, if so how was it? I’m leaning towards that one since it was recently renovated

25f - what’s your newest interest these days?

A bit about me:
- I enjoy baking.
- I’m a Muslim.
- I watch a lot of true crime documentaries.
- I dislike the cold.
- I’ve never broken a bone.
- A useless fact: I know the majority of countries flags.
- I’m a little sarcastic 🙃

Droopy jade plant, how to fix?

I feel if they droop any further they’ll snap :(
It’s in a south-facing window, room.

Gets watered in the bathtub every two to three weeks, depending on the dryness of the soil.
