hi, usually how many months is the eteeap in PWU? is it fixed for everyone or if a lot of subjects get credited, is it shorter at PWU?

Hi, I am planning to take ETEEAP but I am only on my 4th year as a Team Leader. I am a college undergrad(2nd year). Will they consider my 2 yrs in college or I really need 5 yrs working experience?
Also how much budget do I need to prepare and do you know any budget eteeap that is purely online and self pace?
