Studying without books??

I'm starting to properly study for the MCAT next week and I've had a lot of trouble figuring out a plan. I'm someone that needs structure, but these courses are ridiculously expensive. I find that I learn best through videos and proper explanations, so I'm looking into using Khan Academy and Youtube Videos by Yusuf for content review + JackSparrow & Mr. Pankow. The issue is that those are super related to the kaplan books and I'm not sure how to unsuspend/suspend certain decks based off of the content I am reviewing through videos. Has anyone had a successful MCAT take where they did not use the kaplan or any of the other books?? If so, how did you combine that with Anki for retention??
