Help! E&C E-Bolt Failure
Hi guys, I just got a e&c urg-i mk 16.5" electric blow back m4 - de, and I'm having this weird bolt locking issue, anyone knows how to fix it?
When empty, after rolling the bolt back, instead of stopping, the gear cycles a little bit more and makes bad noise
When I first got it, the bolt lock don’t make that noise and I can feel the gun is shaking a bit which is not supposed to happen.
Also sometimes there are bbs in the mag, the gun still thinks it's empy then lock the bolt then make bad noise.
After locking the bolt, if I press the trigger it suppose to just give me a warning, but now no warning and gear will roll and make that noise again
If I press the bolt release, this thing wont happen and everything runs very well.
Edit: The noise for bolt locking is solved, I pushed the motor way to deep, now the issue is it doesn't detect bolt lock, trigger pull makes gear grind instead of do nothing, everything else works great.
Edit 2: I spent the night tearing it down myself, and unfortunately, I found a broken gear. That also seems to be the reason for the bolt lock detection failure.
The system detects bolt lock using a sensor pointed at a small magnet on the bolt release. A shattered gear tooth had stuck to the magnet, which prevented the sensor from reading it properly.
