Disproportional work load

So I started at an elementary school about 10 months ago. It’s union and the benefits and pay are good compared to other custodian jobs where I live. It’s a 2-10 pm shift and I don’t mind the work at all. The only thing that bothers the shit out of me is that my co-workers (3 other people) have significantly less work than me. I clean 5 classrooms, art room, music room, staff lounge, 10 bathrooms and about 13 office areas. All of this is on 2 different floors with pretty long hallways. I also open and close gate for buses and set alarm every night. That doesn’t include some of the extra things the teachers and staff ask for on a daily basis. I’m really not one to complain but it seems unfair. To give some perspective, there is a women who cleans 6 classrooms and 2 bathrooms and works full time just like me. Anyone else been in a situation where they feel like things aren’t right but were too new to point it out? If I say anything to the other custodians I’m sure they’ll act as if it’s not true. They’re all done by 6:30-7 every night which seems like an impossible task for me.
