For the second time this year I have had an experience where something has pulled me out of bed while sleeping. It pulls me from the back(its behind me) up into the air of my room, showing that it has dominance to make my body do whatever it wants. its like it is attached to my back. I tried to turn around and look at it directly, face the monster directly but of course I could not fully turn around. What is this?

I don’t know this may be something I need to face during waking hours.
