Usaa removed my credit card from my account

For reference, I filed Friday last week on the 15th. My bankruptcy was reported on my credit on Sunday the 17th, and I have my 341 meeting on 6/24.

I logged into my usaa app to set up autopay for my auto insurance because I forgot to set it up for the discount. I noticed my credit card I had with them (which is in my petition) was removed from my account, so I no longer have any liabilities.

Is this normal? I checked my other accounts and my debts are still up there lol. I’m just curious why!

Officially filing today!

Hi everyone,

My attorney and I reviewed my petition yesterday, and he sent me the docs to sign this morning. He said he will be filing it today and I asked about the timeline for a 341 meeting. He said up to 30-40 days 🥲 but sometimes sooner depending on the court’s timeliness I guess. Is there anything I should be doing to prepare for my meeting?

Also, now that I’m not paying on debt, my spending is mostly just normal living expenses and food. I have been eating out a lot for work meals though, so I was wondering if I should start meal prepping instead.

Also, my mom transferred me $1,000 last month to help pay for my attorney. It was a gift and not money owed, but she recently got scammed and lost over $6k, so I wanted to help her with some expenses next month. I wasn’t able to ask during our call, but I assumed it could look suspicious since the transfer from her is visible in my bank statement.

If you guys have any advice on what I should be doing, let me know 😩

Back again with another question. In Sept’25, I did a person to person vehicle trade via Facebook marketplace. I paid the guy $1000 on top of giving my vehicle via Zelle. In Dec’25, I made 2 person to person vehicle sales via Facebook marketplace (one for $1000, and another for $2500). I did not do a bill of sale for any of these vehicles (because it’s not necessary in my state) and released liability on dmv website. I took payment for those via cash,Apple Cash, and Zelle.

My attorney’s office is now asking for documentation on these vehicles regarding who I sold it to and their addresses. I don’t have any info on these people besides their name because I have their phone numbers and messages on Facebook marketplace. I clarified that to the paralegal assigned to me, but I’m still waiting on a response.

I was hoping someone on here can lead me in the right direction so I can prep and research what I have to do while waiting on a response. Like should I reach out to them and ask them to sign a bill of sale after the fact? It’s been months.

We’re trying to file by the end of this month!
