hello, i just wanted to ask if this website is legitimate and not a scam. is it normal for an order to take this long?

here's a short story. i wasn't really interested in collecting sonny angels or other figures before. however, i came across the latest hippers series—the cherry blossom collection—and i thought it was so cute that i wanted one for my macbook. i looked for it in nearby malls but couldn't find it.

my first plan was to buy one from collectors in facebook groups, but since this would be my first sonny angel, i wanted the experience of unboxing a brand-new, sealed box myself. i also checked shopee and lazada, but they were already sold out. after that, i found this website (http://www.sonnyangelsphilippines.com). they showed more than 500 items in stock, so i decided to place an order.

unfortunately, my order hasn't moved at all. it's been stuck in "processing" status since june 14, 2026. i submitted a cancellation request, but i still haven't received any confirmation or update regarding it.

i'm starting to get worried, so i'd really appreciate it if anyone could let me know whether this website is trustworthy or if anyone else has experienced the same thing.
