ReelShorts - The website - Has anyone used the website (not the app) to watch a full vertical or is everyone blocked after a few episodes and being redirected to use the Mobile App after a while?

So I bought some coins on the website https://www.reelshort.com/

But after a while I am not able to watch the episodes on the website anymore, I just get a pop up saying:

Ready for Next Episode?

For a better experience, switch to our app. Your paid benefits will follow you. Just log in with your current account.

I remember reading somewhere about someone who had a similar problem,

but they managed to get customer service to "open up" the website, but I don't remember which company that was.

Anyone with experience?
