First we will stay in Osaka and then we are going to Tokyo. Kinda scared of the heat but I know japan has a lot of cooling products and UV umbrellas which makes the summer more enjoyable. we have 30+ in switzerland at the moment but its dry heat. i've already been in June, May and April

I’m thinking about going back in either July, October, or December. I know July is supposed to be hot and humid, but is it usually sunny or mostly cloudy?

Maybr it's only possible in July or December

And is the heat still manageable for sightseeing?😅
