Just received these GX Kobe 5s today from TMF. the shape of the GX kobe 5 model looks a bit off in my opinion, however I am not an expert so let me know what you all think.

I also have the GX Kobe 5 coconut color way and that pair performs well so I’m assuming these will also perform well.

I have both Star and GK Kobe 5’’s and recently picked up the GX Kobe 5’s. After a few weeks of testing I wanted give my performance review on them.

To keep it brief honestly the only differences with GX from the other two batches, Is number one, the cushion is a bit more Plush, and also a bit higher off the ground which I personally like better. The second, is that the shoe itself is a bit more roomy in the toe box, and less tight than star and GK, with that said GK is probably a better option than Star and GK for wide footers and heavier players.

Another difference I noticed initially was that the upper material felt a bit cheaper than Star and GK, however, when you get them on foot, you don’t notice it at all and they pretty much feel like any other Kobe 5.

My initial thoughts:

They are each a size 11. GX “coconut milk” STAR “lower Marion” and GK “black mamba” firstly I’ll say that the GX upper material feels a bit cheaper than the GK and Star batches, but it could be due to not being broken in yet so we will have to wait and see. For whatever reason I also feel like the shape of the GX 5’s is a bit off, however I can’t quite put my finger on exactly what it is.

Fit:
GX fit me tts, not as tight as my Star or GK Kobe 5’s and also they fit bit more wider.

Material:
GX leather feels cheaper, need to wait and see how it breaks in before i compare it.

Got these from “TMF 2” during the GK sale. Can I get some help with the qc please and are these the the 3.0 batch?

GK Kobe 6 all star and grinch from TMF. I got these during the $72 sale they had last week. I know the QC aren’t the best, but how do these look? They said that these are both GK 3.0, is that true?
