Hypothetically, if you were offered your same job, same pay, but work 7 days per week, 3 hours per day, with 5 weeks paid vacation, would you take it?
Imagine your boss offers to end your typical 40+ hour work week. She says instead you’ll work 3 hours per day, every day (21 hrs per week).
You can start your shift anytime within your former working window. And you’ll receive 5 weeks (35 days) of PTO for illness or vacation. Same paycheck amounts. Same typical raises, work culture, etc. Overtime isn’t required, but might be requested on occasion per usual to your current reality.
