Does my dwarf 3 look right?
I just noticed today that the base of my d3 has a noticeable tilt towards the right. Is this correct? Or is my d3 maybe defective?

So my son and I took our Dwarf3 up to Mt Wilson Observatory for this evening's LAAS star party. Turned out our Dwarf3 can't hold steady enough in the wind up there to shoot even half decently. There's were multiple Dwarf3s and Seestars present on the mountain as well and looks like shooting just fine so after asking other Dwarf3 owners help in figuring out what is wrong we were forced to conclude it's our tripod that is the issue.
So now I need to get something more stable. I mean I'd characterize the wind today as breezy but not remotely strong, but still our Dwarf3 is just not steady enough to take good photos. We tried shooting Beehive and about 2/3 of the stack are not usable. Please give me recommendations on inexpensive tripod that can hold steady and work well in breezy/not crazy windy conditions
Came in very well given the conditions. Only minimal processing
The three galaxies are more blur than I like, but I guess given the light pollution it is what it is.
280 shots stack, not much post processing
Came out well. 30sec 60L 280shots in Los Angeles, with some editing in Google photo and Snapseed
