Is the PIXMA IX6810 right for this use case?
Hello everyone, my girlfriend has been preparing for a while now to start selling artwork at local artist's fairs.
She's been thinking about getting a printer to print pop-up cards and artwork (instead of paying a printshop to do it). She's been looking into it and was thinking about getting an IX6810, since people generally seem to think the print quality is high for the price.
After a little research we saw some people comment this printer is a little expensive to maintain, since it's cartridge based. We also saw someone comment about a common print head issue within this series which makes blacks blurry in non "hd paper".
Will this printer need frequent refills within this use case? Is it even a good one for it? And what are some of the alternatives that aren't too distant in price range?
