Hi, I am new to this journey. I just took my first dose of 0.25mg two days ago. I am very short (4.10) am weigh 71 kgs. I am looking on various side effects to look out for and how to navigate them. I have always been prone to headaches caused mostly by dehydration as I find it extremely hard to drink water more than like 4 glasses a day.
