Tiny Black and Tan dog (maybe like 5-7cm high. Tiny) in slievemore park but the big park area beside the high school. Had a collar, male, longish body (maybe sausage dog mix?)
Tried to approach was scared, seems very interested and friendly with dogs, he loved my lab puppy.
Tried to give him treats, didn’t take them. Isn’t approaching people
