I've been working nights for five years now and I've gotten into a bad habit of really only eating one big meal and snacking most of the day. I'm trying to get in a healthier lifestyle which in and of itself is difficult given the time we are awake lol. Curious as to what everyone's day looks like in regards to how many meals they eat and when they eat
