Help managing effort

When i go on runs sometimes i plan for something light at like 60% effort but end up at around 80% naturally. Like i’ll just start and somehow end up at 90% effort. Do you guys have tips?

Help managing effort

A lot of the time when i go run I’ll naturally go from a planned 50%-70% effort to something like 90%. Do you guys have tips for fixing this?
