Hello All,

I know this kind of post probably gets posted relentlessly and I did a search online and in the community and I'm still confused.

I'm unsure if I need an LLC, but it sounds like a good idea.

Then there are EIN, registered agents etc. I'm overwhelmed a bit then you go to websites that say they will do it all for you and every page there is an additional add on cost. I don't understand how taxes work for every state etc.

This is where I am so far

I have a domain name

It will be online retail

I live in WI, but plan on moving (is that an issue later?

What do I do now?
