I don't know what most of this means. I understand I am anemic. I am 2.5 years post gastric bypass. I take multivitamins pretty regularly.

I starting taking Nature's Bounty 65 mg iron with a piece of orange and two miralax chews (i already struggle with constipation so trying to be proactive).

Any insight? Will this supplement work? Thanks!
