I was diagnosed with adhd at around 20 and was on meds on and off for about 2 years ( first got on 10/23 last one was 4/25) i only got the prescription filled about 7 times and rarely ever took them. With MEPS coming up here within a month Im curious on what I can do to best prepare. I have my pharmacy records of when i filled my prescription but thats really all my recruiter told me to do. Also my recruiter told me 12 months was the time i needed to be off the meds but a majority of the research ive done says 15-24 months, does it vary case to case?
